Why the association exists
Generative Engine Optimization and Answer Engine Optimization involve fast-changing products, different research methods and a large amount of practical discussion. The association’s founding purpose is to make useful work easier to inspect, share and build on.
Jabez Reuben’s founding statement sets out three operating priorities: verify and publish experiments submitted by researchers, expand free knowledge around GEO and AEO, and appoint King of AEO and Queen of AEO through a committee process.
Leadership
Jabez serves as president and names seven founding board members from the SEO, AI visibility and conference communities. The board page presents that roster and links to available professional sources.
Research and public learning
The research route explains how to submit an experiment, what evidence a review needs and how findings should be presented. Clear methods and corrections matter as much as a positive result.
The free learning library on Jabez’s personal site offers practical guides to prompts, citations, measurement and experiment design. These resources are open to readers without membership.
World GEO Day and recognition
Jabez’s founding account identifies the association as the body behind establishing World GEO Day. The AEO awards recognize research quality, public knowledge sharing, community initiative and documented impact.
To contribute, apply to join or contact the association about a research submission. An application is reviewed privately and does not itself confer membership or a board appointment.
