Information collected
Forms collect your name and email, selected topic or area of work, and the message or contribution you enter. Recommendations also collect the nominee’s name, your reasons and any public evidence URL. We record the website, form name, page path and submission time.
Only share a nominee’s name and public work when you have permission. Do not include sensitive personal information, private accusations or confidential material. A recommendation is reviewed privately and is not automatically published.
Private review and forwarding
Submissions are stored in a private lead portal on the hosting server. Automated classification assists with sorting into Inbox, Review and Spam. Authorised administrators may review or correct the result. Relevant Inbox submissions are forwarded by email to the configured site administrator for follow-up.
The processing uses the hosting provider, Cloudflare for delivery and protection, OpenAI/Codex for assisted classification, and Google Gmail for configured forwarding. Message content may be processed by these services for those purposes.
Retention and your requests
Records remain in the private portal until an operator deletes them; an automatic deletion period is not currently configured. To request access, correction or deletion of your own information, use the contact form, choose “Other” and begin with “Privacy request.” A nominee can also request review or removal of their information.
External websites
Linked professional biographies, World GEO Day, the personal presidential site and other sources have their own privacy practices. Delivery and hosting services may maintain technical logs. Applying or recommending does not enroll you in an automatic marketing subscription.
